Scope of the GTC

The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries and services of the Wunderdinge online shop. The provisions on data protection and use, applicable law, place of jurisdiction and the severability clause also apply to all visits to the homepage www.wunderdinge.ch, even without an order.

Conclusion of the contract

The offers on the homepage www.wunderdinge.ch are non-binding. They are subject to the availability of the products. A legally binding purchase contract is concluded when the order process in the online shop is completed by clicking the "Buy now" button.

Prices and price changes

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) without statutory value-added tax. Wunderdinge is exempt from VAT. The stated prices are binding; any price changes and errors are reserved.

Payment and payment methods

The ordered products will only be manufactured and shipped after payment has been received. The following payment methods are accepted: payment by credit card or Paypal, Twint payment.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs depend on the order value and are shown separately on the invoice. The production and shipping process is initiated after receipt of payment. The order will be sent to the address provided by the customer. Deliveries can only be made to an address in Switzerland. Shipping is by B-parcel post with Swiss Post. The shipping and delivery time is between 3-5 working days after receipt of payment. The stated shipping and delivery times are guidelines and not guaranteed delivery times. The customer concerned will be informed immediately by e-mail of any delivery delays or difficulties on the part of Wunderdinge. Wunderdinge accepts no liability for delivery delays caused by third parties (suppliers of Swiss Post).

If the order cannot be delivered to the customer and the products are returned to the seller by the transport company, the customer bears the shipping costs.

Benefits and risks

Upon handover of the ordered goods to Swiss Post, the benefits and risks of the ordered goods pass to the customer.

Liability

Wunderdinge does not guarantee the factual correctness, accuracy, completeness, topicality and reliability of the published information. Wunderdinge fully disclaims all legally permissible liability. This applies in particular to the following cases:

  • Damage to products during shipping

  • Damage due to improper use of the products and due to independent modification of the products

  • Damage due to resale of the products

  • Damage due to delivery delays or difficulties

  • Incorrect entries during product personalization (e.g. typos)

Liability claims must be submitted in writing within three days of receipt of the goods, but no later than 10 days after dispatch.

Slight color deviations of the products from the photo presented in the online shop are possible and do not constitute a defect.

Exchange and return of goods

After an order has been placed, returns or exchanges are excluded. A return is only possible in cases of a manufacturing defect. The customer must submit this complaint in writing within three days of receipt of the goods, but no later than 10 days after dispatch. The postmark date is decisive. The defective product must be returned to Wunderdinge for inspection beforehand. The costs for the return shipment are borne by the customer. If a manufacturing defect can be confirmed, the product will be replaced free of charge and return shipping costs in the amount of CHF 2.90 will be reimbursed.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies to all services of the Wunderdinge online shop. The place of jurisdiction is Bremgarten AG. The provisions of the Vienna Sales Convention do not apply.

Severability clause

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid and/or ineffective, the validity and/or effectiveness of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions shall remain completely unaffected. Invalid and/or ineffective provisions shall be replaced by provisions that come closest to the meaning and purpose of the invalid and/or ineffective provisions in a legally effective and economically appropriate manner. The same applies to any gaps in the regulations.
